Weight loss this week: 2.8lbs (1.3Kg)
Weight loss so far: 9.8lbs (4.5Kg)
The weight loss continues. I’ve had some cravings and hunger pangs but have been sticking to eating fruit and veg (including raw carrots, apples, bananas, pears, strawberries, cherries) to help satisfy these.
Not much else to report so far. Mainly sticking to the shakes with Osolean, and a low GI meal in the early evening.
