Weight loss this week: 1.6lbs (0.7Kg)
Weight loss so far: 11.4lbs (5.1Kg)
I have had cravings and felt hungry, but I have found that I don’t get the same sugar cravings I got when using other meal replacement shakes that led me to eat too much in the way of biscuits, chocolate and other “junk” food.
The worst days are the “cleanse” days – on these days you only have the one shake in the morning but can eat fruit and as many vegetables (due to the naturally occurring sugar in fruit, it’s advised to keep this to a minimum and have more veg) as you need throughout the day.
I will write a post going into the challenge’s diet in another post.
